How long is a Rainbow presentation?

‍It depends on how much fun we have!! As a general rule, a Rainbow presentation takes about an hour to show you everything the Rainbow can do. Planning on nights you or your friends/family (if your booking for someone else) have nothing going on is best. Sometimes, it can last longer if the customer has questions or decides to keep the Rainbow for a healthier lifestyle. Our best recommendation is to plan for a couple of hours just to be safe. We have discovered that friends love to talk with one another, and it becomes a lot of socializing and fun!

Pressure

What if i don't want to purchase anything?Is this high pressure sales?

‍This is the exact opposite! We do not hire salespeople off the street. In fact, we only hire our owners so you will be greeted by a friendly and professional team member who just simply loves their Rainbow and wants to share this amazing machine with everyone! The Rainbow is an amazing ONE OF A KIND system, we promise you have never seen anything like it regardless of what you may know about Rainbow in the past. Our team members are taught professionalism and to have a fun time....want proof? Our main focus is that you tell your family and friends wonderful things about our product and our company! If it were high pressure, we would not be able to accomplish that! Rest assured there is NO OBLIGATION to see a Rainbow presentation.

What happens if I need to service my Rainbow?

Where do I go for parts and service? For questions, parts, and all service-related items, please contact our Authorized Rainbow Service Center in Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta at the following address. Rexair provides to its independent Authorized Rainbow Distributors, a written four (4) year warranty on the Rainbow Cleaning System and attached accessories and an eight (10) year warranty on the motor and electronic controller. Gifts

How will I receive my gifts, and when?

‍When you feel you have earned a gift offered by our company, simply, submit a Gift Request Form on our Gifts Page. Once the verification department has confirmed the completion of your qualified demos we will contact you. Once approved, you may pick up your gifts at our office in Camrose, Alberta. You may also request that your earned items be shipped to you at a small cost.

Purchasing

Do authorized Rainbow distributors sell the Rainbow online? Can I safely purchase online?

‍No!! Authorized Rainbow Distributors sell the Rainbow Home Cleaning System exclusively through in-home demonstrations. Importantly, only Rainbow Products sold by Authorized Rainbow Distributors in the home come with an authorized warranty. Rainbow products purchased through unauthorized channels, including the Internet, are USED and NOT covered by an authorized warranty. Each Rainbow System sold has a unique serial number registered ONLY to the person who originally purchased it through an Authorized Rainbow Distributor. Serial numbers are checked upon service and only serviced if serial numbers match the original purchaser and any stolen machines will be seized and turned over to the authorities. So there is no chance that items sold online are new or come with an authorized Rainbow warranty, so be aware of online scams or stolen products.
